Information used for your order

GPHP GROUP LIMITED uses your checkout email, order reference, purchased product and payment status to deliver your files, provide updates, resolve support requests and maintain business records. Stripe processes payment and billing information. FileThai does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.

Service providers

The website and protected delivery infrastructure use Cloudflare. Stripe handles checkout. Transactional email may use Resend; support email uses Gmail. These providers may process information outside your country. Information is shared as needed to provide these services.

Application documents

You do not need to upload your passport, bank statements, police certificate, medical records or completed visa application to buy or use a FileThai kit. Please do not send these documents to product support.

Storage and your choices

Order and support records are retained as needed for delivery, updates, dispute handling and applicable accounting obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing filethai.gphp@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

The order page keeps a checkout reference in your browser’s session storage so you can retry a download in the same tab. Payment providers may use their own cookies for payment security. We do not treat a purchase as consent to marketing emails.
