Getting your files

After a confirmed payment, the order page provides a private ZIP download. A confirmation email is also queued for your checkout address. Check spam if it is missing. Email links expire after seven days; keep your downloaded files and order reference.

If access fails, contact filethai.gphp@gmail.com with your order reference and product name. Do not place another order just to recover a download.

Billing and refund requests

Contact the same support address for duplicate charges, files that cannot be accessed, a product that does not match its description, or cancellation and refund requests. Describe the issue and include your order reference. Applicable statutory cancellation, refund and digital-content rights remain in force.

We do not promise a visa outcome. Government application fees are paid separately to the authority and are not part of a FileThai product refund. An order refunded or under payment dispute may have its download access paused.

Updates and corrections

Report a document issue with the product name, page and official source if available. Updates cover the purchased kit’s scope. Embassy requirements can change, so always check the current official sources before submitting.
