What the product includes

Each purchase is a digital document kit delivered as a ZIP file. The product page identifies its documents, scope and price. Edition 2.1 includes complete reading editions in English, Danish, German, French, Spanish and Simplified Chinese. Main kits include editable working templates in all six languages; supplements contain PDF guides. Translated templates are not certified translations or official forms. The receiving authority determines which submission languages and certification it accepts. There is no physical shipment.

The kits are independent preparation tools. They do not include visa submission, personal legal or immigration advice, government fees, activity bookings, or a guarantee of visa approval. You remain responsible for your application and for checking the current official instructions.

Price and payment

Product prices are quoted in US dollars. Check the final currency, applicable tax and total displayed at checkout before paying. A purchase is confirmed after successful payment. Government charges are separate.

Your licence and updates

You may use and edit the purchased documents for your own application preparation, including the family members covered by your dependent kit. You may share completed documents with the relevant authority or your adviser. You may not resell, publish or redistribute the blank kit.

Lifetime updates cover the purchased product and its stated scope. They do not automatically include other products or personal reviews. Keep your receipt and contact support with your order reference to obtain an updated release.

Customer rights

Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain in force. See our delivery and refund information. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
